About Liz

Hi, I'm Liz Laurence — certified life and wellness coach, nonprofit strategist and mom of three. I've spent over 20 years in nonprofit leadership, pouring myself into meaningful work, supporting people through complex challenges and showing up fully for everyone around me.
And I know firsthand what happens when driven, purpose-led women do that for too long without taking care of themselves.
I created Beneath the Branches Coaching & Consulting for the established woman entrepreneur and leader who is approaching overwhelm or exhaustion - the one who has built something real, who cares deeply about her work and her people, and who quietly knows that something needs to change before it costs her more.
Because here's what two decades of leadership taught me: not taking care of yourself isn't just exhausting. It's a business risk.
