Do you offer virtual coaching?

  • Yes

  • All 1:1 and most group programs are offered online

How long does coaching usually last?

  • Most clients work with me for 3–6 months

  • This allows time for meaningful, sustainable change. 

Is this covered by insurance?

  • Coaching is not typically covered by extended health benefits

  • Some organizations cover leadership coaching or professional development funding for employees
